This Privacy Policy explains how NOESIS Hotel Advisors (a division of Noesis Capital Advisors, "NOESIS", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the personal information of visitors to tbrs.co.in ("the Website") and delegates of The Branded Residences Summit ("TBRS", "the Event"). By using the Website or booking a Delegate Pass, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information: (a) Information you provide directly - including your name, business email, phone number, company, designation, professional category, city, and any message you submit when booking a Delegate Pass or contacting us; (b) Payment information - processed by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers, CVV, or net-banking credentials on our servers, only the order and payment reference IDs returned by Razorpay; (c) Automatically collected information - including basic browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via standard server logs and analytics for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (i) process your Delegate Pass booking and send you a confirmation email and receipt; (ii) deliver pre-event briefings, agenda updates, and operational information related to the Event; (iii) operate the 1:1 meeting matching programme between confirmed delegates; (iv) respond to your enquiries; (v) comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations; (vi) detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues; (vii) improve the Website and future editions of TBRS.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows: (a) With Razorpay Software Private Limited for processing payments under their applicable terms and PCI DSS standards; (b) With Google LLC for record-keeping in Google Sheets and email delivery via Gmail under Google Workspace terms; (c) With Vercel Inc. as our website hosting provider; (d) With professional advisors, auditors, or law enforcement where legally required; (e) With co-organisers, sponsors, or venue partners only to the extent necessary for delivering the Event (for example, your name and designation for delegate badging). Any partner with whom we share data is contractually bound to handle it in accordance with applicable law.
5. Marketing Communications
We may send you occasional updates about future editions of TBRS or related NOESIS activities. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any such email or writing to tbrs@noesis.co.in.
6. Cookies
tbrs.co.in uses essential cookies to maintain session state and a small number of functional cookies for analytics. We do not currently use cookies for cross-site advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.
7. Data Retention
Personal information related to a Delegate Pass booking is retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law (Section 44AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and related provisions). Enquiry-only data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Subject to applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion subject to our legal retention obligations, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. 9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to internal systems, and use of vetted third-party processors. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (Google, Vercel) may process data on servers outside India. Where this occurs, the transfer is governed by the relevant provider's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Children
TBRS is a B2B event for working professionals. The Website and the Event are not directed at persons under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date below revised accordingly. Material changes will be notified by email to active delegates.
