Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on cancellations, delegate substitutions, and refunds for TBRS 2026 Delegate Passes.
Summary: Delegate Passes are non-refundable but freely transferable to a qualifying substitute from the same organisation up to 72 hours before the Event. Full refunds apply only if NOESIS cancels the Event or in the case of failed/duplicate payments.
1. Overview
The Branded Residences Summit 2026 ("TBRS", "the Event") is a curated, capacity-constrained closed-door summit. To preserve the integrity of delegate matching, room allocation, and venue commitments, all Delegate Pass purchases are treated as final. This page sets out our refund, cancellation, and substitution terms in full.
2. No Refunds Policy
Delegate Passes are non-refundable once payment has been completed and confirmed. This includes (but is not limited to) cancellation by the delegate, inability to attend due to scheduling conflicts, travel disruption, visa denial, illness, or change of role/employer. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund condition.
3. Delegate Substitution
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we recognise that schedules change. A confirmed delegate may transfer their Delegate Pass to a substitute attendee from the same organisation at no additional cost, subject to the following: (a) the substitute must meet TBRS's senior-level eligibility criteria (typically MD, CEO, CXO, Head of Development, Investment Partner, or equivalent); (b) written notice with the substitute's full name, designation, email, and phone must be sent to tbrs@noesis.co.in at least 72 hours before Day 1 of the Event; (c) substitutions made within 72 hours of the Event will be accommodated wherever logistically possible but cannot be guaranteed; (d) NOESIS reserves the right to decline a substitution if the proposed attendee does not meet the eligibility profile of the Event.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your card or UPI was charged but you did not receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours, this is treated as a failed booking. Email tbrs@noesis.co.in with your transaction reference and we will verify with Razorpay. If the booking did not complete, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Duplicate payments (same buyer charged more than once for the same booking) will be refunded in full within 7-10 working days of being reported.
5. Cancellation by NOESIS
If NOESIS is required to cancel the Event for reasons within our control, all confirmed delegates will receive a full refund of the Delegate Pass amount paid, within 14 working days of the cancellation announcement. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
6. Force Majeure & Rescheduling
If the Event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control - including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, government order, civil unrest, or venue unavailability - NOESIS may at its discretion: (a) reschedule the Event to a new date within twelve months, in which case your Delegate Pass automatically rolls over and is honoured on the new date; or (b) offer a credit equal to the amount paid, valid against any future edition of TBRS; or (c) provide a pro-rata cash refund. The choice between these options is at NOESIS's reasonable discretion based on the circumstances.
7. Refund Method & Timeline
Where a refund is due under this Policy, it will be initiated to the original payment method used (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet). Refund processing by Razorpay typically takes 5-10 working days, after which the timeline for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your issuing bank. NOESIS is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or card networks.
8. Disputes
Any dispute regarding refunds, cancellations, or substitutions must be raised by email to tbrs@noesis.co.in within 14 days of the relevant transaction. We aim to acknowledge all such enquiries within two working days and resolve them within fifteen working days. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction clause of our Terms & Conditions (Mumbai, India).
