How your Delegate Pass and pre-event materials are delivered. TBRS is a digital service - no physical shipping is involved.
Summary: The Delegate Pass is a digital ticket delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of successful payment. No physical item is shipped. All shipping-style materials (badge, booklet, gifts) are handed over in person at the TBRS registration desk on Day 1 of the Event.
1. Nature of the Product
The Branded Residences Summit 2026 ("TBRS", "the Event") sells a digital service - a non-transferable Delegate Pass granting personal access to a two-day curated B2B summit at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar on October 7-8, 2026. There is no physical product shipped to the buyer.
2. Delivery of the Delegate Pass
On successful payment via Razorpay, a digital confirmation is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation contains the buyer's name, Order ID, Payment ID, amount paid, and event details. This email is the buyer's proof of purchase and constitutes their Delegate Pass.
3. Delivery Timeline
Confirmation emails are sent automatically within minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases involving payment-gateway delays or temporary email-delivery issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please write to tbrs@noesis.co.in with your Order ID or registered email address.
4. Pre-Event Materials
In addition to the initial confirmation, confirmed delegates receive the following operational materials by email in the lead-up to the Event: (a) a 1:1 meeting matching survey approximately three weeks before the Event; (b) a final delegate briefing pack approximately one week before the Event, containing the venue map, agenda, dress code, and pre-event reading; (c) a GST invoice within 48 hours of payment.
5. On-Site Collateral
Physical materials provided at the venue (delegate badge, agenda booklet, networking lounge access, gifts where applicable) are issued in person on arrival at the TBRS registration desk on Day 1 of the Event. There is no postal delivery of these materials.
6. Failed Email Delivery
Delivery to email addresses that bounce, are misspelled, or whose mailbox is full is the responsibility of the buyer. NOESIS will reasonably attempt to redeliver confirmations on request to a corrected address. To prevent missed emails, we recommend whitelisting the noesis.co.in domain in your inbox settings.
7. Shipping Charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for the Delegate Pass, inclusive of applicable taxes.
8. International Delegates
Digital delivery of confirmation and pre-event materials applies to delegates worldwide. International delegates are responsible for their own travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements. NOESIS can on request provide an invitation letter for visa purposes once a Delegate Pass is confirmed and paid for.
